Fellow Hackers,The June Major location has been set. Hackers of Chicago will be taking our talents south to COG HILL GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB. For both days, Saturday June 11 and Sunday June 26, we will be playing on Course #3. We have reserved 20 slots for each date starting at 12:00 through 12:45. We can reserve more if needed however cancellation is strongly discouraged. Therefore, we will need a firm commitment from everyone playing since Cog Hill runs a little bit differently from most golf clubs. If we have to cancel slots, we have to notify the club one week before the event. So for the 11th the cut off date would be the 4th and for the 26th the cut off date would be the 19th.
The rates for each date will be $45 for walking and $61 for riding. Since this event is booked as an outing with COG HILL, they require payment 1 week prior to the event. Once we have the final numbers for each date we will require pre-payment for the round via personal check or cash. As the date gets closer we will assign one person to collect payment.
